Why am I still receiving email notifications even if I cancelled my Premium Membership?
When you cancel your Premium Membership, you will be automatically downgraded to a free Basic Membership. This means that you will still have access to JobLeads, but with fewer benefits.
With the Basic Membership, you will continue to receive email notifications that you have set up in your account. These notifications can include job alerts and other updates that you may have configured to receive.
If you do not wish to receive any more email notifications, you can turn them off in your account settings. However, please note that turning off all notifications may cause you to miss important updates and opportunities. We recommend that you adjust your notification settings based on your preferences and needs.
