I am unable to attend the webinar I signed up for. Can I get a refund?
Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds as the payment process is handled by a third party. However, if you are unable to attend the scheduled webinar, please contact us via the contact form below by selecting the “Webinars” option in the “Request” menu and fill out your query. We will provide you with a pass to register for any other webinar of your choice or for the same one on a later date, free of charge.
Please provide us with the following information to confirm your prior registration:
- The name and date of the webinar you registered for but cannot attend
- The name and email address you used to register
- The PayPal transaction receipt
Let us know which other webinar interests you, so we can issue a free pass for it.
Please note this only applies to Basic Members who have purchased a webinar ticket. All webinars for Premium Members are free.
