Why is my credit card being rejected?
If you were shown an error while JobLeads attempted to process your credit card, please double-check your payment information and try again.
Only your bank or credit card issuer can confirm the specific reason. Here is a list of the most common reasons:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
- Some banks reject charges based on location; online payments and international payments should be enabled
Check with your bank if online & international payments are enabled and whether your credit card is eligible for 3-D Secure payments to avoid any issues outside of Jobleads’ control.
To see if you are 3-D Secure, check if you are directed to another page during the payment process.
If so, then your credit card most likely has this feature.
Please do not use the “back” button in your browser in these cases.
JobLeads accepts the following payment methods:
- Direct debit
- American Express
