What is JobLeads' refund policy?
JobLeads offers a 14-day cancellation period. This is the time frame in which a refund can be requested after you have subscribed to JobLeads. This only applies to the initial membership purchase and is done to give you the opportunity to decide whether our offering is what you need. It is not valid for contract renewals. If you want to unsubscribe, cancel your subscription within the notice period.
You can cancel your Premium Membership by email (email@example.com), post (JobLeads GmbH, Brandstwiete 4, 20457 Hamburg, Germany), or fax (+49 40 4419 5312 9). To cancel your subscription, JobLeads needs the following information:
- First and last name
- Email used for registration
- Cancellation date
You will receive confirmation of the cancellation from JobLeads within two days.
