How do I ask for a refund?
A JobLeads subscription and fees are nonrefundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable, except where required by law.
To avoid being charged for your subscription renewal, you must cancel the subscription within the notice period. Otherwise, you will be charged and will retain access to the subscription features through the end of the paid period.
Under our terms and conditions, you may qualify for a refund if:
- You request a refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Note: This 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a one-month subscription, the period begins on the first day of your purchase.
