Something came up and I am unable to join. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, the entire payment process will be handled by a third party, so we will not be able to issue refunds.
Should you, however, be unable to join the webinar, please contact email@example.com before the scheduled session starts with the following information. You will then receive a pass to register for free to any other webinar of your choice or even the same one on a later date.
We will need the following information from you in order to confirm your prior registration:
- Webinar you registered for and cannot attend
- Name you registered with
- Email you registered with
- PayPal transaction receipt
