How does JobLeads estimate the salary range for each job?

JobLeads has its own established salary benchmark system that provides an assessment of each job so that you can make an informed decision. We do this by creating an extensive database of job titles and analyze them against the market, country, and city/region. This way we can ensure that the salary range is representative of where you are searching for jobs.  We then assign each job with the corresponding salary range based on our research.
