Here’s what you need to know about what happens when your trial period ends and your trial expires.
If you decide JobLeads isn’t right for you
You’re in complete control. If you find that JobLeads isn’t the right fit during your trial period, you can cancel anytime before it ends, no questions asked, no additional charges. Simply cancel before your trial expires, and you won’t be charged for a Premium Membership. Your trial access will continue until the end of the 14-day period, and that’s it.
We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. If you cancel during the trial, you only pay the trial price, nothing more. Cancellation is straightforward, and you can stop billing before any Premium charges apply.
If you choose to continue with Premium
If you don’t cancel before your trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a regular Premium Membership through automatic renewal, and you’ll continue receiving all the benefits that come with it: personalized job matches tailored to your skills and ambitions, access to the hidden job market through our headhunter network, AI-powered resume tools, and everything else you need to land a better job faster, all in one place.
When your trial converts to a Premium Membership, you’ll be charged the standard Premium Membership fee. This ensures uninterrupted access to all the tools and support designed to keep you moving forward in your job search.
Stay informed about your membership
You can check your trial end date and Premium Membership start date anytime by following these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the JobLeads header.
Select “My account” from the menu.
Scroll to the “JobLeads membership” section.
Knowing exactly when your trial ends helps you make informed decisions about your membership and gives you time to cancel if needed. No surprises, just transparency.
