Why am I seeing expired jobs?
Finding the perfect role only to discover it’s no longer available is frustrating. You’re ready to apply, and the opportunity has already closed. We get it, and we’re working hard to make sure this happens as rarely as possible.
Here’s why expired jobs occasionally appear, and what we’re doing about it.
How we keep jobs current

Our system analyzes millions of job postings every single day to ensure you see opportunities that are actually available.
But here’s the reality: the job market moves fast. Sometimes employers close positions without updating their listings right away, or job boards delay removing filled roles. When that happens, an expired job might briefly appear on JobLeads before our system catches and removes it.
What happens when you find an expired job
If you click on a job that’s no longer active, we’ll let you know immediately so you’re not left wondering. You won’t be able to apply, but you also won’t waste time on a dead end.

Use the contact form at the end of this article
Enter your email address, name, and last name
Select Job offers from the request category dropdown
Enter your topic in the Topic field (e.g., "Job is outdated" or "Expired job")

The job URL
A brief description (e.g., "This job is no longer available or expired")
