When you find a job you want to apply for on JobLeads, click the Apply now button.
We recommend selecting a base resume so we can generate a tailored application for you. Our system will scan your resume and highlight the must-have skills and the nice to have skills for this specific job, helping you create a stronger application.
From here, we'll help you tailor both your resume and cover letter to match the job requirements.
When ready to apply, you’ll be directed to the original job posting. This might take you to the company’s career page, a job board, or a headhunter’s site, wherever the job was originally posted.
We bring all these opportunities together in one place so you don’t have to search across thousands of platforms. But when it’s time to apply, you’ll complete the application where the employer is managing their hiring process.
Once you have applied, you can track all the jobs you have submitted applications for in the Applied Jobs tab in your account.
