Are companies able to see my profile?
No, companies cannot see your JobLeads profile, saved searches, or bookmarked jobs. Your account data stays private and confidential unless you choose to apply for a specific role.
We built JobLeads with strict privacy policies because we’re on your side, not working for employers or recruiters. You control when and how companies see your information. Your profile privacy is protected, and you maintain a hidden profile from employer visibility until you choose to apply.
What stays private
Companies have no access to this confidential information:
Your JobLeads profile and account details
Your saved job searches
Jobs you’ve bookmarked or viewed
Your resume (unless you submit it as part of an application, wondering “Where can I find my CV?” It’s stored privately in your account)
Your activity on the platform
Your profile remains anonymous to companies and employers. This profile security ensures you’re not visible to employers unless you actively apply. Think of it as a private profile that only you can see and manage. Your CV privacy and resume privacy are fully protected.
When companies can see your information
Companies only see your details when you actively apply for one of their open positions. At that point, they receive whatever information you decide to include in your application, typically your resume and cover letter. This is when application privacy changes, and you’re visible to that specific company.
You’re always in control of when you share your information and with whom. When you add your CV to an application, only then does company visibility occur.
Your privacy matters
Unlike some job platforms that share user data with recruiters or advertisers, JobLeads keeps your information secure and private. We don’t earn money by selling access to job seeker profiles, we earn money by helping you find the right job.
Your data privacy is protected under GDPR regulations. You have full control over your privacy settings and can manage what information is stored in your account. If you want to delete certain information (including options to delete payment information), you have that right under GDPR data protection laws.
