You can reschedule by registering for the next scheduled date for the same topic. Simply check the calendar on the webinar registration page to see all upcoming dates and change your webinar date to one that works best for your schedule. This lets you attend the webinar later at a more convenient time.
Unable to attend after registering?
If you’ve already registered but can’t make it, please note that refunds cannot be issued. We understand this may be frustrating if you’re hoping for reimbursement or compensation, but our no-refund policy applies to all webinar registrations.
However, you can request a free pass to register for a future session of the same webinar. This alternative ensures you still get the value you paid for, even though a direct refund or money back isn’t available. While we can’t offer a money back guarantee for scheduling conflicts, the free pass option provides a fair solution.
