Our story: JobLeads was born from a simple but powerful realization: The job market wasn’t built for job seekers. It was built for employers. 

Back in 2007, founders Christian von Ahlen, Martin Schmidt, and Jan Hendrik von Ahlen saw what was broken in job searching. Traditional job boards were making money by promoting jobs that companies paid to advertise, not by helping you find the right role. Job seekers were left to figure it out alone, wading through endless listings that weren’t meant for them. 

We decided to change that by building the platform on your side. 

Company background: With backing from High-Tech Gründerfonds and prominent business angels who believed in our vision, we set out to create something different. Not just another job board, but a platform that would champion job seekers at every step.
