Our founders: Christian von Ahlen, Martin Schmidt, and Jan Hendrik von Ahlen didn’t just bring extensive experience in career advancement, coaching, and technology. They brought something more important: the conviction that job seekers deserved a platform that was actually on their side.

Initial financing came from High-Tech Gründerfonds and business angels Michael Schwetje (Ex-Onvista), Andreas Hanitsch, and Jan Andresen, people who understood that the job market needed a platform that would truly champion candidates.
