How do I update my payment information?
Life changes, and so do payment details. Whether your credit card has expired, you’ve received a new card, or you simply want to switch to a different payment method, we understand that keeping your payment information current is important to maintain uninterrupted access to all the Premium features designed to give you an edge in your job search.
Current payment update process
We’re currently developing a feature that will allow you to update your payment information directly in your profile. This enhancement will be available soon, giving you even more control over your account management.
In the meantime, if you have an open invoice and need to change your payment method, we’ve got you covered with a simple work-around:
How it works
When you have an outstanding payment:
Check your email inbox for a message from JobLeads.
Look for a secure payment link we’ve sent you.
Click the link to access multiple payment method options.
Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
This process ensures you can settle your invoice using the payment method that works best for you, whether that’s a new credit card, a different provider, or an alternative payment option.
Managing your account and payment details
Need to update other account information? You can access Account Settings anytime by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner. From there, you can manage your membership details, notification preferences, and view your billing history.
We’re on your side every step of the way. Your job search shouldn’t be interrupted by payment issues, and we’re committed to making account management as seamless as possible. Once our new direct update feature launches, you’ll be able to manage your payment details instantly, right from your profile.
