Once JobLeads matches you with relevant headhunters, connecting with them is straightforward. Click Headhunters in the main navigation to access your personalized matches and view detailed profiles for each recruiter.

From there, you can reach out directly, depending on your membership level.

Accessing headhunter profiles

Your Headhunters dashboard shows all your matched recruiters with detailed profiles for each one:

• Activity level: How many jobs they’ve posted in the last 12 months

• Job history: How many of their opportunities matched your search criteria

• Top areas: The functional areas they specialize in

• Top locations: Where most of their placements are based

This data helps you decide which headhunters to prioritize based on who’s most active in your field and who has opportunities that align with your goals.

Contact options based on membership

Premium members get direct contact information for every matched headhunter, including name, email, phone number, and address. This means you can reach out proactively to introduce yourself, even if they don’t currently have a posted role that fits.

Basic members can see their headhunter matches and compatibility scores, but contact details and company information are blurred. To unlock full contact information and reach out directly, you'll need to upgrade to Premium.
