But here’s what’s important to understand: we facilitate the connection, not the hiring process itself. We don’t get paid by headhunters, and we’re not acting as middlemen. We simply give you direct access to the recruiters who matter most for your career.

How headhunter matching works

There’s no manual search required on your part. Based on your job searches, saved searches, and profile information, JobLeads automatically identifies headhunters who specialize in your industry, functional area, and career level. These matches are delivered to you through your Headhunters dashboard.

For each matched headhunter, you can see:

• Activity level: How many jobs they’ve published in the last 12 months

• Job history: How many of their opportunities matched your criteria

• Top areas: The occupational fields they focus on most

• Top locations: Where most of their job offers are based

• Contact information: How to reach them directly (Premium members only)

Basic vs. Premium access

With a Basic membership, you’ll see your headhunter matches with limited details. Logos are blurred, and specific contact information like names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails are restricted. You’ll see the match percentage and basic information, but to access full details, you’ll need to upgrade.

With a Premium membership, you get complete access: unblurred logos, full headhunter profiles, comprehensive background information, and direct contact details so you can reach out immediately.

Once you have your matches, it’s up to you to take action. Review their profiles, explore their active job listings, and reach out to the ones who align with your career goals. This puts you in the driver’s seat, proactively connecting with decision-makers instead of waiting to be discovered.

To view your headhunter connections:

1. Log into your JobLeads account

2. Click Headhunters in the main navigation

3. Browse your personalized matches and start connecting
