How can I manage/change my personal data in my JobLeads account?
You can update your personal information like your first name and last name directly from your account settings. The process is straightforward and takes just a few clicks. This personal data management capability gives you control over your information in accordance with GDPR data rights.
Step 1: Log in to your JobLeads account
Access your account at http://www.jobleads.com using your email address and password. If wondering “How do I access my account?” to manage or edit information, this is your starting point.
Step 2: Open your account menu
Click on your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner of the page. This opens a dropdown menu with your account options and settings.
Step 3: Go to Account settings
From the dropdown menu, click “Account settings”. For security purposes, you’ll be prompted to enter your login credentials again to verify your identity before you can edit or change any personal data.
Step 4: Edit your personal data
In the Personal data section, you’ll see fields for your first name and last name. Click on either field to edit your personal information, then save your changes. This is where you can change your name, update contact details, or modify other personal information stored in your account.

Looking for date of birth?
Date of birth is not stored as an account field and will not appear in your personal data settings. If your resume displays an age or date of birth, you can edit it directly in the Resume Builder.

Data management rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to manage, edit, update, or even delete your personal data at any time. If you need to delete certain information (including options to delete payment information), you can do so through account settings or by contacting support.
Your membership account gives you full data control and the ability to manage your data according to your preferences. All personal data management features respect your GDPR rights.
