Resolving unrecognized charges from JobLeads
Seeing an unexpected charge or unauthorized payment can be concerning, and we’re here to help you get to the bottom of it. Before reaching out to our Customer Support team, you can take a few quick steps to verify whether the charge is from JobLeads and what it’s for.
Here’s how to investigate and resolve unrecognized charges.
Check your account history
The fastest way to identify a charge is to review your transaction history directly in your JobLeads account. Here’s what to do:
Log in to your JobLeads account using your registered email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
Navigate to Account Settings by clicking your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Open the “Invoice overview” section and review your transaction history to find any invoices that match the unrecognized charge.
Review the invoice details to confirm the transaction date, amount, and the purpose for the charge.
If you find a matching invoice and the details look correct, you can be confident the charge is legitimate.
