How can I request an invoice?
Whether it is for your personal records or business expenses, having a copy of your invoice is important.
Here is how you can easily request an invoice and ensure you receive it promptly.
Step 1:
After making a purchase on JobLeads, it may take up to 24 hours for your invoice to appear in your account settings in the "Invoices" section. So, before you reach out to our customer support team, it is best to wait for at least 24 hours to give the system time to update your account.
Step 2:
If it has been more than 24 hours and you still cannot find your invoice, don't worry. You can contact us through the Help Center's contact form and select "Invoices" as the reason for your inquiry. We will be happy to assist you and make sure you receive your invoice promptly.
Step 3:
When you contact us for an invoice request, it is essential to provide your order information, including the email address associated with your JobLeads account. This will help us quickly locate your order and send you the invoice you need.

Important Notes:
It is important to note that in your invoice overview, you will only see invoices for purchases made for JobLeads. If the charges are for the resume writing service, you will be charged directly by our partner TopCV/TopResume and will receive an invoice from them.
