Where can I find my invoices?
Need to track your JobLeads expenses or submit receipts for reimbursement? Your invoices are easy to access and download anytime from your account.
Here’s how to locate and download your invoices in just a few clicks.
How to access your invoices
Log in to your JobLeads account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
Go to Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Invoice overview” section.
View your complete purchase history including invoice number for each transaction. Click the download button next to any invoice you need.
Your invoice will be saved to your computer, where you can access it whenever you need it.
Just made a purchase?
Invoices can take up to 24 hours to appear in your “Invoice overview” section after a purchase. If you don't see your invoice right away, check back within a day.
Still can't find your invoice after 24 hours?
Contact us through the Help Center’s contact form and enter “Invoice request” or “Missing invoice” in the topic field. Make sure to include the email address associated with your JobLeads account so we can locate your order quickly and get you what you need without delays.
