How do I cancel my Premium Membership?
You can cancel your Premium Membership anytime directly from your account settings. We make the process straightforward because we believe you should always be in control.
When you cancel, your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to a Basic Membership.
How to cancel your Premium Membership
Log in to your JobLeads account.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page and select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.

Navigate to the “JobLeads membership” section and click the word “here” (shown in red) in the sentence: “Please click here if you wish to discontinue using the Premium Membership benefits and cancel your membership.”

Click “Terminate membership” to begin the cancellation process.

Complete the brief cancellation questionnaire. Your feedback helps us improve. After submitting your responses, you can choose to either “Keep membership” or “Continue cancellation.”
That’s it. Your cancellation will be processed, and you’ll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
