Cancel anytime before renewal
You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time before your next renewal date without incurring any additional charges. When you cancel, you’ll continue to have full access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
This means you can still use personalized job matching, connect with headhunters, access coaching services, and use all the tools designed to help you land a better job faster, right up until your subscription period ends.
Understanding your renewal date
Your renewal date is determined by the plan you purchased:
Trial membership: Your 14-day trial automatically converts to a monthly Premium Membership, which then renews every month from your start date.
Three-month Premium Membership: It renews every three months from your start date.
Can you cancel after your 14-day trial? Yes! You can cancel at any time before your trial converts to a paid subscription or anytime before your next renewal.
How to check your renewal date
You can view your renewal date anytime in your account:
Log in to your JobLeads account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and go to Account Settings.
Scroll to the “JobLeads membership” section to see your renewal date and other membership details.
Knowing when your membership renews helps you make informed decisions about whether to continue or cancel.
