What is JobLeads’ cancellation policy?
JobLeads offers a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your Premium Membership at any time before the renewal date.
This means that you can cancel your membership without any penalty or additional charges. It's essential to note that the renewal date of your membership is determined by the duration of the plan you purchased. For instance, if you purchased a 3-month JobLeads Premium Membership, your membership will be automatically renewed after three months from the start date of your initial purchase.
To find out your renewal date, you need to navigate to your account settings by clicking on the profile icon and selecting "My account" from the pop-up menu. Then, scroll down to the "JobLeads membership" section, where you can view all relevant information about your membership, including your renewal date.
It is important to note that when you cancel your Premium Membership, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your membership until the end of your subscription period/billing cycle, even if you decide to cancel it before the renewal date. This means that you can still access all the features and services that come with your Premium Membership until the subscription period ends.
